Cara Davis, JD

Cara Davis is a life-long resident of Southwestern Pennsylvania.  She is a 2000 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania and a 2003 graduated of the Duquesne University School of Law.

  After spending a few years in general practice, she developed an interest in the oil and gas industry.  Eventually, in 2010, realizing the demand in the market place for a more focused oil and gas practice, she decided to form an oil and gas law firm.  Cara’s purpose in forming the oil and gas firm was to deliver high quality oil and gas advice to clients relocating to Southwestern Pennsylvania from other parts of the country.

In 2011, through Cara’s hard work, dedication and enthusiasm for the oil and gas industry, coupled with her many successes of servicing clients in Southwestern Pennsylvania, decided to expand the firm into Ohio and West Virginia.  The new multiple state oil and gas practice continued to grow with the delivery of high quality oil and related legal services to institutional hedge funds and global land management companies.

Although steadfastly passionate and satisfied with her oil and gas practice, Cara is now turning her attention to educating folks, both locally and regionally, about the nuisances and in-depth intricacies of the oil and gas industry that she has learned over the past seven years.  

Grateful for an amazing career, the highlight of Cara’s day is spending time with her husband, Brian Teslovich, and her three children- Hannah, Eli and Elizabeth.
