A West Virginia University student is seeking justice for imprisoned individuals who are not receiving adequate healthcare.

A team of public administration students at WVU hosted a roundtable discussion on cannabis policy reform in West Virginia in the Monongahela room of the Mountainlair in Morgantown, WV.

The WVU Master of Public Administration (MPA) is turning 50!  We want to recognize the over 1,600 MPA alumni who have made public service their calling.  This year we are hosting several events to celebrate the students, alumni, faculty and staff of the WVU Master of Public Administration program.

The Department of Public Administration faculty and graduate students challenge you to imagine a new ending for this year’s Campus Read, Station Eleven, by Emily St. John Mandel. Submissions of up to 1,500 words are due March 18. As the book draws to a close, a glow on the horizon at dusk suggests the possibility of city lights. Because the traveling performers have encountered little more than subsistence in the communities along their route from the north, this possibility entices them southward into new territory.

West Virginia University’s master’s program in public administration jumped 41 spots in the latest rankings of graduate programs by U.S. News and World Report released Tuesday (March 12), the most significant move among the nine programs and more than 10 specialties included in the rankings.
