Dr. Karen Kunz and coauthor Rick Abel receive Emerald Literati Award

Dr. Karen Kunz, WVU Public Administration and her coauthor Rick Abel have received the Emerald Literati Award 2019 Outstanding Author Contribution for their contribution of a chapter "Unsettling the Memes of Neoliberal Capitalism through Administrative Pragmatism".
