Roundtable discussion of Cannabis reform

A team of public administration students at WVU hosted a roundtable discussion on cannabis policy reform in West Virginia in the Monongahela room of the Mountainlair in Morgantown, WV.

Invited speakers included a variety of stakeholders on the issue, such as county commissioners, physicians, members of the WV American Civil Liberties Union, WV Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, and the WV Working Families Party.  The discussion was guided by the visitors to the event, and covered medical marijuana, decriminalization, legalization, and economic and social issues surrounding these policies.  All backgrounds, opinions, and people of the community were encouraged to bring questions and concerns to the table for the purpose of expanding public knowledge and engagement with Cannabis reform.

WBOY TV attended the event.  Here is a link to their webpage and video interview:  https://www.wboy.com/top-stories/wvu-graduate-students-advocacy-team-hosts-medical-cannabis-roundtable-discussion/
