Healthcare Administration

Healthcare Administration Graduate Certificate

The Healthcare Administration graduate certificate program is for students who are interested in a career in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, health departments, nursing homes, mental health services, home health services, nonprofit voluntary agencies, health research foundations, public and private insurance and a variety of governmental agencies.

There are two options in obtaining the Healthcare Certificate:

  • Students currently enrolled at WVU in a master's or doctoral program may decide to take a concentration in healthcare administration.
  • A student who is not desiring a degree may take the 15-hour certificate courses and be awarded a certificate upon successful completion.
