Bio
Carla J. See serves as the Interim Program Director for Public Administration. She has worked with WVU students for almost forty years in admissions, academic advising, career counseling, experiential education and online learning. Prior to coming to the Department of Public Administration, Ms. See worked as an enrollment counselor with WVU Online and managed advanced practice experiential rotations for the WVU School of Pharmacy.
Ms. See received her B.S. in Secondary Education from WVU in 1980. She holds two advanced degrees from WVU, an M.A. in Guidance & Counseling (1983) and an M.S. in Community Health Education (1995). In addition, Ms. See earned a certificate in healthcare administration through the WVU Department of Public Administration and is a graduate of the WVU Teaching Scholars Summer Institute.
She has presented poster sessions nationally on experiential education and rural health training for health professions students. Ms. See has special interests in experiential education, instructional design, and teaching strategies for the adult learner.
